Free rucking sessions for bone health
Looking for a simple way to get stronger without the gym? Want to protect your bones, boost your stamina, and feel fitter — while walking on the beach?
Welcome to rucking: walking with a weighted rucksack.
It’s easy to start, low-impact, and surprisingly powerful.
And now, it’s free at Physio Fitness.
Led by Alice (you might know her from reception!), these weekly sessions are designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and support long-term bone health — especially for women approaching or after menopause.
Rucking is completely free — but spaces are limited, so please book in advance.
Why We Love Rucking
Rucking turns everyday walking into a full-body strength and endurance workout — perfect for people who don’t enjoy gyms or high-impact exercise.
It’s a brilliant, science-backed way to build resilience and fitness — especially for women in midlife who want to stay strong and active for the long term.
What to Expect
Rucking is completely free — but spaces are limited, so please book in advance.
Once you’ve tried a beginner session, we also offer options for more advanced ruckers — just ask!
