Eat for Long-Term Health
At Physio Fitness, we believe nutrition is essential to healing, recovery, and performance. That’s why we host a dedicated nutrition clinic each month — giving you access to one of the UK’s leading performance nutritionists, right here in Dorset.
Dr Jules Strauss specialises in sports nutrition, metabolic health, and inflammation — helping patients of all ages fuel recovery, reduce pain, and feel stronger, inside and out.
What you eat shapes how you heal
Nutrition isn’t just about weight or calories. It’s about recovery. Resilience. Energy. Inflammation control. And giving your body what it needs to repair and rebuild.
We’ve seen again and again that the right nutrition plan can help.
If you’ve hit a plateau with rehab, are struggling with ongoing fatigue, or want to train at your best — nutrition could be the missing link.
Who This Is For?
hether you’re an injured athlete, a post-op patient, or simply want to feel better in your body — this clinic is for you.
You’ll benefit if you:
- Want to recover faster from surgery or injury
- Live with arthritis or another inflammatory condition
- Struggle with energy, fatigue, or weight gain
- Want to improve performance in sport or training
- Need support with bone density, hormones, or muscle loss
- Are managing a long-term condition and feel stuck
